Miniature boring head
This past Christmas I made a miniature boring head as a gift for my buddy, Justin. I had made one for myself before that, that was even a bit smaller, and it has been the perfect size for much of the work I do on my mini mill. Justin was in need of one smaller than his commercially made R8 shank boring head, so I improved upon my previous design with this one. Still room for improvement, but it came out nice, works well, and my buddy is really happy with it.
