Miniature hand puller
While repairing a clock, I needed a tiny puller to remove the hands so the clock face could be freed.
Not much to say here. The body of the tool was once a shaft collar. I milled one side down until it fit under the clock hands, then drilled and tapped it for a boosting screw with a conical end to center the tool in the tubular shaft to which the hands were attached.
