So it needs 120VAC power seeing the cord end, and the size of the auger motor cover. This looks too simple to make, maybe take a snow blower for the main mixer blade, the auger looks like a commercial farm size one could be adapted.
Me, I have a huge project this summer to replace a 4 layer railroad tie retaining wall that has a building surcharge to support, with concrete kneewall foundation. I need to pour it in sections as the stress to differential settlement has done damage to the concrete floor, and the 14ft wall length is no longer level. Small batches of 1 part portland, 2 parts sand, 3 parts gravel (around here it's hard limestone, as crushed igneous, or washed igneous gravel rock is a long haul), all done in an antique cement mixer. It's all Yoga exercise to me.
The roads do not last with this agregate. As salt during the winter months, the limestone dissolves, and lets water freeze thaw expedite damage, and pot-holes. It's an endless cycle of repair.
