Mobile leftover sheet metal sorting / storing caddy.

Made this mobile caddy for sorting and storing leftover sheet metals.
Bends are made with my diy bending tools.

(Video about making my new press brake comes later. )

Handle also works as a support for longer sheets.

I have just a small quantity of sheet metal saved for project, not time to start it yet. No matter where stored, was always in the way. Finally bought an inexpensive used drywall cart.
I know, not very home made. Without full voltage, can't run a welder.

Yep. Welding and possibility to make bends really makes building faster. Drilling multible holes and locating several angle brackets can be a pain.

Drywall cart is a good solution too.

Drawback to my cart was noticed loading it first time.
While the wheels, 2 swivel 2 rigid look well spaced, the large diameter swivels shift the center of gravity and cart wants to tip. Design flaw? Overloading? A bit of each, plus variety of metal sizes. Real culprits, surprisingly, turned out to be the narrowest set, about 5' long, 4" wide, a 3" stack of 14 gauge.
Unlike yours, one area is over the wheels instead of inside and low, and frame of very lightweight materials.
    Sincerely,
