I'm looking for a mini metal lathe. I think the Grizzly G0602 is my choice. But after some researching, I found there are some other models, such as in this list, are good also but with lower price. Any advice for me?

I am not familiar with the models on that list. I would not take much notice of the reviewer's comments, he is so over the top with his praise for everything.
My advice is to get the largest machine that you can afford and have space for. You'll never regret having a lathe that is too big but you'll certainly regret having one that turns out to be too small. You do not need to go as far as Frank S with his latest acquisition. I would recommend getting a quality used machine in preference to a new lower quality machine.
You should also be aware that a lot of badge engineering goes on with new import machines. The same machine may be labelled Grizzly or Jet or several other names. It is best to view most imports as a kit of parts assembled for convenient shipping. They should be stripped, cleaned and checked for alignment prior to use.
Maybe other people here can advise you better on actual models.
