Seems like an extraordinarily expensive device for no more capacity than it has. Are they keeping the mosquitos alive for research purposes? or some ill-conceived notion of sterilizing and relocating them. Does the propane attract them or is the tank there for cooking them once the trap is full enough. If their intent is to make filling for mosquito pie, they need a larger container and bigger mosquitos. Those tiny little things wouldn't even bother my niece who is a natural mosquito magnet. She can step outside in an area where you never hear or see a mosquito and be covered in the things in less than a minute. On the other hand, most species of mosquitos seem to avoid me.
Never try to tell me it can't be done
