Obviously a good piece of kit to have in a rescuer's arsenal, to assist them in saving as many lives as possible, but I see what I perceive as one major design flaw.
I believe it needs 2 grab bars across the inside of the U cavity. It is my belief that smaller or panicked individuals would find it difficult to be able to reach the handles on both sides of the device, by adding the lateral grab bars it would afford them more ways to hold on or to position themselves to be able to be towed to safety. Particularly for smaller persons since due to the device's width I feel they would have a difficulty in being able to grab both sides to be towed to safety. If holding onto only 1 side 1 of the internal motors would be out of the water and the device would lose steerage.
