Moving target shooting system - GIF

Fun idea IF you have a lot of room to shoot. The device will deflect bullets in unknown directions. Most of the deflections will be UPWARD.

Hopefully velocity will be reduced enough to limit range of the deflected round, but HOPING you do not shoot your neighbor by accident is not good safety practice.

Kinetic targets are fun, especially for new young shooters, but you have to teach SAFETY FIRST!!

There are many ways to make kinetic targets while reducing the chance for stray bullet deflections.
