    Romarti's Tools
    Hi all.
    Thank you Jon.

    First Litle about me.
Am a 50 year old man from Norway. My experience in lathe and milling is way back to school so am a little rusty.

The main tube is a 3 pc build. Front, center and rear end. Center pin is a steel welding filler rod. Retur spring inside center tube (not shown on picture) is made from spring steel 0,5mm Rest is maid from 8mm brass rod. Build on my free fantasy inspired from picture.

Welcome Romarti. Sorry to be thick, but what is it and what do you use it for? My impression is it would be like a damper for a 4x6 horizontal bandsaw....but I'm not sure.

Oh sorry. It is a Depth measurement tool. Some time a calliper is to long if you need to know how dept a hole is. Motor in cars can be a place I will use it. I made it mostly for funMy first peoject-cimg0178.jpg
