My SS Side Turn Clam

Thanks to JR I just had to make myself a set of these.

Made them from 3mm SS and ali jaws.

How do I post the .DWR file for others to use?:headscratch:

Open the program you created it in and see if you can save it in a different format like .jpg .png . bmp .pdf

That i can do, but the readers can not take this file to their lazer cutter. Thise people need a .DRW or .DXL or something like that format. I can not post any of those formats

I would love a copy of the file. Personally I like to share things like this with people through my Google Drive account (free with any gmail account). I set folders there to be shareable (readable) by anyone with a link, then make sure that only things I don't mind sharing go into that folder. That way the file is available as long as I have my Google account, which I expect will be at least for the rest of my life. If you did that you could just post a link to it here. Plenty of guides online for how to make a Google Drive folder shareable if you don't know how.

But a provision within this forum software to share such files and have them hosted by the site would be preferable.

Great. I found my google Drive. 15 Gigs free. Now iwillfind out more about the”File” options.

Hi, thanks a lot for the .dwg, could you tell me what does it mean "4 OFF"?

Instruction to the Lazer Cutter to cut me 4 off those items.
That is if you want 2 clamps.

I want 4 clamps at the end of the day but start off with making some proto types. If something is horribly wrong I can fix it.

We also have a min charge here so one clamp would have been less than the min charge so that is why I opted for 2 for starters.
