Hi all, I am new to this forum. But not new to making my own tools. I am a mechanic by trade. But a repurposer by night. I have a ton of ideas and always looking for more. I like to share my ideas so hopefully it will help someone else out. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Currently, I am working on a 62' Chevy II. I am thinking of building a rotisserie. I did look here for an idea or two. I have my own thoughts on it. It will be interesting to see what I come up with. I have always built any specialty tools that I could not afford, or needed but never been built. I like having a place to look and get ideas from like minded folk. This really is awesome!
Did you find any rotisseries here that you especially liked or thought you could adapt for your purposes?

I have a few big blocks. Starting at about 500HP and up. Anytime I find one that I can afford, I buy it. Then I tear them down and go through them. People will tell you anything to sell it. I have trust issues. So, I always tear them down. Then I can put what I want in them. I figure it this way, If it is worth building. It is worth over building. I have always said that horsepower sells cars, but torque wins races!
