new to the forum
Hello,
I'm a handy and creative individual who likes to do as much as possible for myself. This includes jobs around my homes, automobiles and overall physical well being. The only projects I hire out are those related to serious electrical, plumbing or mechanical issues that require many men or are just beyond my capabilities. We all need to know our limits.
With medicare only a few years away, I'm beginning to think of the many projects and delayed hobbies I've put on the back burner due to the daily work load and just keeping up with those projects that can't be postponed. I'm looking forward to someday be able to properly assemble a shop environment to allow me to pursue all these goals and feel the HomemadeTools.net will give me great ideas to make it happen with success.

Hi jackmcquaide,
Welcome! :welcome:
Sounds as though you've come to the right place!
Lots of car guys here (me, too!) - what sorts of automotive work do you enjoy?
Are you working on anything at the moment?

Hi Jack - welcome to HomemadeTools.net :welcome:
You sound like a lot of guys around here: skilled, approaching retirement, looking to build a proper shop.
So what kind of stuff is on your projects list? Any builds here that particularly catch your eye?
