new to the forum

Hi I am Martin ,
A Sailer with some mechanical knowledge and a great interest in a lot of the posts at Home tools.
Still finding my way around the site. while some threads take you to the original site with all the details of construction, others I find leave you stranded not knowing where to look for further information. How does the site work in this respect .
I have some equipment a Smithy combo lathe/miller, plasma welder and the usual collection of wood working tools.
while I am interested in many of the posts, I would focus on ones that are immediately relevant to projects I have started or contemplate.
Which could at the moment revolve around the sail boat or landscaping the garden.
I thank you for this most interesting forum and post a picture of my Friendship sloop.

We index a variety of tool builds. Some have lots of detail, some have just a pic.

She looks beautiful; what does your to-do list look like?

I have had to do a fare bit, 2200 bronze screws , keel bolts, various stainless fittings, numerous single and double blocks. This year prop sharft and stern gland and possibly replace six planks. She is 39 years old so it is to be expected.
So many useful ideas in your web and never enough time to read them all.
Will post if and when I can.
