I am a newb hobby machinist (or well I like to make things out of metal). My shop consists of an Atlas QC54 lathe, along with the other usual shop gear. My main purpose in machining is in the repairing & rebuilding of parts for old iron as I also collect stationary engines & related machinery. I'm located in NW of Iowa, USA.
