Hello all.
I am from the Netherlands, 57 years of age and I like to work on older metalworking machines like lathes, milling machines, shapers and so on.
I enjoy making them functional again.
If necessary I make the tools I need myself, with the help of information found on internetforums.
I really like to share my experience with fellow metalworking enthousiasts.

Thank you for your welcome.
I recently finished building a cymbal lathe.
Because it was for a third party I would have to ask him for permission to post details and pictures of the build.
The next project will be the repair of a very old French or German column drilling machine that I found in an old barn.
Very interesting, I hope we get to see some pics of the cymbal lathe. Or that drill press build; we love old machines :)
