Hello from Barrydale in South Africa!

I have recently retired from the field of water engineering.

Being the DIY type all my life, I have tried my hands at woodwork, metalwork, restoring old Land Rovers and so forth.

I have transformed an old outbuilding into a woodwork workshop where I keep myself very busy. Most of my stationary machinery are quite old but I keep it in good nick.

There are also a few Land Rovers awaiting their promised do-overs. Will be another while.......
