Hi I'm jimtheliftman and yes I'm a lift engineer. I'm qualified as a technician and work mainly on lift control systems however I also do mechanics too including building bespoke tools and equipment in order to get the job done. I'm looking for ideas that will help me in my quest to make the job of lift engineering safer and easier.
