Very nice, can you tell us a little more about the planes pictured?

The group of planes features a bevel down smoother with African Blackwood (Dalbergia Melanoxylon), a 5mm thick blade bedded at 55° . The minis are improved versions of an often seen set of these planes made in India . The other plane picture shows one of my J series which is a Jack plane , bevel up , bed at 20° which uses Veritas blades as well as those made by me. You can see other planes made by me on my web site marcouplanes.com The wooden plane is a chamfer plane based on that formerly made by a Japanese gentleman who I believe has retired at an age close to 100 years.....(Plane makers never die).
