I live in Johannesburg, South Africa. I have been building a Cygnet light aircraft from plans for too long. I have made various jigs and tools to fabricate various parts during the project. Usually find someone has a better and simpler idea afterwards.

How is the Cygnet build going so far?

Not far enough. Started in 1991 with 2 others and built 3 sets of wings to 75% in a year. The following years have had 5 relocations due to work transfers and family issues. Fuselage also at about 60%. I was retrenched in May 2017 so I'm looking at getting back into building next year.
Built a 40' x 75' hangar from 2006 to 2011 by ourselves to hangar our planes when completed.
