New to site

My name is John. I'm building a Zenair Zodiac HD aircraft. I use many tools in my workshop, and I'm always looking for better, less expensive ways to bend and cut 6061-T6 Aluminum. My current need is finding a way to make inexpensive hole flanging dies. I haven't reviewed the entire web page, and my answer may be there, but if you've found an inexpensive way to create flanging dies, I would love to hear about it.
