New subforum: Tool Restorations

We've just launched a new subforum: Tool Restorations.

You can post any tool restorations in that forum, whether they're your restorations or restorations-in-progress, or others' restorations that you found on the internet.

From now on, we WON'T count tool restorations as homemade tools, which are indexed on the site, issued a receipt, and added to one's count of homemade tools, unless those restorations ALSO include significant homemade modification.

Thanks to all who suggested this in a recent batch of PM feedback requests; it makes sense.

Next up is a Basic Homemade Tools and Tips subforum, which we will use for posting basic homemade tools and techniques, instead of using the main Homemade Tools subforum. We will probably also selectively merge threads from the Tool Tips and Tricks and Tools in Progress subforums into that new Basic Homemade Tools and Tips subforum, and existing subforums.
