newbie here

Hi my name is Bill I live near Boston I am a machinist by trade and am just beginning a home workshop for metal working. I have a 9" south bend lathe, a Sherline model 5400 milling machine with 3 axis DRO, A LMS mini mill solid column. My interests are hobby machining model engines, shop made tools etc. I also do some woodworking and have many wood working machines ( lathe,table saw ,various routers etc) I just found out about this site from You Tube so I am looking forward to learning and seeing what others are doing in their shops.

I'm from Boston, too (Arlington, Waltham, and Ashland). It'll always be home and I miss it every day, but not the snow! :lol:
