Exactly as Marv said. They come in different handle lengths, female thread or stud, metal handle vs. plastic... etc. They are really nice for clamping & then getting the handle out of the way with the spring detent. I've also noticed some good looking candidates on Ebay/AliExpress which are metric but at lower cost. Havent tried them myself but considering upgrading the ones on my lathe/mill where appropriate.
