Looks more like an instructional video for how the Ford dealer installs oil filters. Your next video should be one that you can attach an impact to so you can get a factory Ford oil filter off.
All kidding aside well done sir, that is some good fabrication work. I actually bought two very similar 3 jaw wrenches years ago. They're kinda neat. One has some springs to hold it against the oil filter, which is a neat variation on the same theme. The springs were to solve the problem of needing to keep torque on the jaws or else it falls off the filter. This makes it difficult to get an extension on there and start removing the filter. Maybe add a neodymium magnet to hold it against the oil filter? Anyway have a look:

If oil filters are more than hand tightened then they are too tight.
