. I have recently moved which has slowed every 'play' thing down somewhat. It is pulled apart at the moment and I am just about to spray some paint around on the main body/apron/covers so I can then start putting it back together. I have a DC conversion ready to go on so I'll have variable speed control (and a RPM counter!)....bit special for an 80 year old lathe

The lathe resto is coming along slowly (read ...very slowly). I have recently moved which has slowed every 'play' thing down somewhat.
