OD reduction sleeves for boring bar tool holder

My 250 series boring bar tool holder is meant for 1" OD round shank boring bars & that's the only size sold. But more often I use smaller OD bars like .500" or 0.625". So I made these split sleeves from steel cut offs. They hold the bar securely with the same cap screw clamping mechanism & of course you can tweak the boring bar rotation angle before securing. Nice thing is, just like any other cutting / tool holder, you can temporarily remove it & re-install the exact same way preserving setup. The sleeves go into either end of the block as a pair, which was easier to machine than a single, long (+2") long split sleeve.
