    A lot of solar farms float on tranquil waters, this one appears to be being constructed on a tidal delta with the array strings to be mounted a top of those poles.

    Some advantages and disadvantages to this.! advantage is the possibility of tracking the panels through the suns arc. 1 disadvantage is they are more susceptible winds
