I use my engine hoist to move mine.or floor jack for the small mill. my back for my 2 lathes I figured I better not do that again by my self, so I made a 2x4 truss and used cumalong with fan belts to do my biger lathe....and it's only 9x20 . I left up the truss and hang stuff on it...my brother got smart...he bought a forklift that needed a little work.cheep, real cheep.and not a lot of work to fix it( bad seal that was a common issue). As for wmr myers...com on down!!! Im in shalimar !! (fortwalton beach destin area) my brother is across a bridge about 4 miles away.
