I process e-scrap and one of the things I get a lot of is old hard drives. I always make a point of pulling the magnets when tearing the drives down. The most insane ones being from an OLD 5.25 full height SCSI HDD. They are each 3"X 1.35"x0.5" which is ridiculously huge for a rare earth mag.
