A lot of homemade tools involved here.

on the assumption that the above comment is related to a call for this forum to focus only on home made tooling, I respectfully will say that discussions like this (which serve to educate people in safety) have a place here.
I have had tyres on wheelbarrows fail spectactularly, and a lot of the tools we build/ design need to have some safety elements included. Understanding how things fail, (materials, components, people) allows us to plan for that in our designs, or intended usage.

I will also admit that some of the videos shown here may only serve as a warning, but for me that is a little bit of comic releif, and not a distraction.
