I talked to a guy that was selling out of his concrete molded 'anything' shop. He did painting, and once the 'gov' got into his operation, the amount of fresh air fans and other code requirements was a huge investment into a painting booth, just do some small painting of finished products. We got a bird bath from him, as well some thing he copyrighted as 'bird-boy'.
I was there for scaffolding he had. But he said the ventilation was over $50K and that was back in the 90s. Room was maybe 20ftx20ft.

I'm not familiar with the sheet panel he's using. I've seen custom ordered stuff, but it's 150+mm thick, and structural foam panel, for wall and roof panels.
