Paint can perforator Kickstarter

Paint Can Perforator by Dereck Eckels. Failed on Kickstarter with $110 pledged of $20,000 goal.

Painting gadgets are susceptible to gimmickiness, but I like this one. You hammer the tool down onto a can of paint, like banging down a lid, and then you pry it off. It leaves holes in the channels of the rim.

Hmm, been using a nail for years with the same results! (his hole are too small IMHO).

Not sure it's worth making a device for that...
