At first I wasn't sure what they had on the pallet but on full screen and stop action you can see those are some kind of machined cylinders

I love how they guy at the end says "the ramp gave way", when it clearly wasn't the case.

That’s what happens when you schedule a delivery and lie about having a loading dock.

I see a pallet jack and unbanded load.
I'd think anyone with minimal sense of simple physics would have used the lumber tied to the down hill side. Another fix would employ a couple less inclined ramps; maybe a pickup truck bed, entrance steps, or sturdy saw horses. With weight at one end, that crew would easily lift the unladen end.

Fastest and safest would be to hand stack the delivery.
