    Smile Palm size router plane

    The shape is Mafe inspired while the hardware is based on PW’s $5 router plane. The body is walnut, the knobs are maple heartwood from a tree that blew down last winter. I shaped the hex key on a hand crank grinder then sharpened by hand. Finish is acrylic lacquer & wax. It’s about 6” wide.
