I wonder what kind of plastic they are using for this type of repair? It would need to have good high and low thermal characteristics, UV resistance, impact and ductility. Seems like an ABS or similar?

Wow if we could just make ground recycled plastic work it would really be a win-win situation. My bet is if it comes in bags that small it is probably really expensive.

Around here, in Ohio, any plastic they might use for repair would NOT need to have all of those characteristics. The original materials they build the roads from certainly DO NOT have them!!!!
