That and suggested SMT component pick-and-place machine - GIF are production based machines, both impressive, right down to forming and inserting leads into PC boards. The real task would be loading those components for orientation and sequence.
In one lab I know of, they were placing surface mount chips into conductive adhesive, those chips literally size of black pepper flakes, with same requirements.
