and he just keeps on driving...
The trestle was raised by 8". The yellow I-beam is at 12' 4" ("11'8" +8"). IIRC, the trestle itself is slightly higher than the cross beam. The guy who posts these videos (I think he owns the buildings where these cameras are mounted) has a series of videos that cover the raising process. It was very cool to see.

Why did they not stop? Are they so used to gut wrenching noise when they drive they didn't even notice they opened their trailer like a tin can??
My guess is that they either pulled onto the street on the other side of the railroad bridge or into the parking lot on the left just beyond that. You can't see either because the elevated railroad blocks them. Most driver stop right after the bridge, though a few get out of the way before stopping. You can see that the driver hesitated a moment after hitting the I-beam.

Sweet. Instant sunroof machine.
Clever technique that results in a great peel.

I am just a little disappointed than it did not end back where it started so it would be an endless path. BUT... not so disappointed to take anything away from how awesome that process is.
Looked like a mask for the glaze. Would be neat to see the whole process.
