This particular class of half lorry trucks typically have between 150 to 220 horsepower and either a 6 or possibly an 8-speed transmission, but it could have had 500 hp and an 18 sp transmission and still wouldn't have been able to get back on the road without the help of the 5 to7 hp generated by the 35 to 40 people pulling on the ropes

This is China. Single back axle with duals. It's probably broken down...

And they are towing it into town...
