When I first saw this I thought it was one of those "it's on the internet so it must be true things"
I've seen cars that would seemingly change colors when driving under different street lights or the sun hit them a certain way. heck I even painted a trike I built that would be many different colors depending on the angle you saw it. This is easily done by spraying a few very light coats of different colored metalic paints over a strong base coat candies work exceptionally well.
But it seams they have discovered means of making programable ink
