So, was that a "storm chaser" shooting the video? They kept driving toward the storm as it crossed the road, like it was no big deal to them. I am thinking I would have stopped to let the storm pass.

Even tiny "tornadoes" can move a vehicle. Many decades age, I was alone, driving on a two lane highway in Iowa. Sunny, blue sky day, motoring along at 70 mph. I spot a dust devil to my left, moving toward the highway, and I wonder, if we will intersect. Sure enough, we did. The devil lifted my car, and floated it into the oncoming lane. Fortunately, there were no other vehicles in the vicinity, so no damage done. No swerving... no skidding... no kidding. We each continued on our separate ways. Pretty much a non event, but it was kinda fun.
