I use a roof ladder also called chicken ladder its much saver on a roof that is to steep to walk on.

I do not mean to be too negative but that's one of those things that holds until it doesn't.

I had aa roof hook for any later you want to use it on. Yes it will work on ceader shingels

If you guys google strapon roof climing shoes you can find some climers they are not to expensife. Ae for as ceader shingles make shure they are dry.
