I shout BS. A complete computer or AI generated video. Camera angle follows too perfectly. No tail number and a website number on the engine.
This is not to say a forward landing gear malfunction like this cannot or has not happened. The FAA has many documented malfunctioned landing gear landings on every position of an aircraft.
Never try to tell me it can't be done

It's pretty well documented for a fake...

I remember hearing about it on the news when it happened. (I live a few miles south of LAX.)

My statement is not that the incident didn't happen. As flight 292 clearly did land with a malfunctioned forward gear. I couldn't see the N number on the rear of the fuselage in the video though. My statement was about the video itself. Had the video been shot from the tower the approach views would have had to start from a long range at an acute angle Had it been shot from another aircraft said aircraft would have been in violation of many FAA flight restrictions within the airspace of an airport. Additionally, the angles it was made at would not have been so concise or consistent.
I will maintain this is an after-incident recreation. Until I see actual archived footage accompanied with accredited documentation.
However after watching the video again, I will say it might have been possible for the video to have been made from the tower by an experienced videographer

Here is the original video. 5:46 minutes

The Airbus 320 series doesn't have the ability to jettison fuel in order to reduce weight and speed for landing. The pilots had to fly around for a few hours to burn off fuel while almost everyone onboard watched the news on the in-plane television that JetBlue provides. The passengers and crew on this flight probably needed a drink or two after this experience.
Edit: The video is apparently from a news helicopter in the area.
