I've witnessed first hand some of the personnel in various ARAB militaries. it would be easier to teach a monkey to win a chess tournament than instruct some of them in the most basic mechanical skills. Though there are some who are very intelligent you just have to pull the silver spoon out of their posteriors to get them to apply themselves.
