About LinkBacksI frequently use a Makita nibbler but it is pushing the limits to cut 1.5 mm mild steel sheet.
The noise from one that cuts 3/8" plate must be horrendous.

years ago I had a Bosch that would do a quarter inch (6mm) in steel, It wasn't too bad....more of a thudding. It was actually a Trumph with a big Bosch grinder motor. Took 2 men and a horse to run it though.= "Pin It")
