The cost of a pumper truck rental would be the only advantage I can see. But unless that concrete has a high long fiber content without any steel in the pour it looks like a set up for fail to me. A few years ago, I began noticing a lot of pours becoming wetter especially when using fibers instead of steel. But I don't keep up with the later edicts of civil engineering

Plasticizer is a very effective add-mixture. That concrete might very well have very low water content.
Of course it is also possible it way too much water.
