I can hear some attorney now. Ladies and Gentlemen of the jury. Here is all the proof needed, the alleged city employee caught on camera pouring the contaminant red dye 40 in the water. Double blind studies have shown Red Dye 40 could be responsible for certain aliments in children, such as +++++++++++++, and +++++++++++++. Therefore, it is highly likely that the recent abnormal activity of the local wildlife who use this fountain for their only source of water have been affected by the contaminated water in the fountain, and the only verdict you can return should be guilty.
he must have dumped that die close to a pump intake for the fountain. It did not take very long for the die to reach the nozzles.
Vandalism or art?
