I think I need a portable version of this to pound in Tee stakes for my new fence.

Nice build clean, simple. Lightweight enough to move if you have to.

Put a shield on the spring though, they are known to break from fatigue and throw pieces out at high speed.
Don't want that to happen at eye level.

Maybe someday I'll have a chance to make one...

Yeah, we always need more heat....
