    As close as those lines are together it can only mean they are all the same phase or the neutral They would be too close together for even the lower voltage 7Kv. And the High voltages transmission lines 500KV would be separated by a dozen feet

    Have to agree with Frank S. Each grouping is the same voltage potential. Also, the reason to hold each other AND step in time is to not generate a difference in voltage/potential. No way is each group walking on more than 1 phase.
