I put a video up of my melting pot yesterday, since completion i have been mulling over the technical difficulties in building another pot with a manually actuated plunger and a outflow valve at the base to allow me to connect it to a die mold.
Apart from the obvious safety risks what obsticals strike you?
I would anticipate having difficulty in sealing the plunger with the pot expanding so am thinking about using piston rings, is there a better method?
