That wasn't much of a lock if he could break it with a 150-pound (or so) pull, and prisoners here (the U.S.) generally are not allowed belts. But I do wonder what that Georgia Bulldog did to get himself arrested in Thailand. Us Georgia Tech Ramblin' Wrecks are a little more discrete.
